About These Products

Credit That Flexes With Your Cash Flow

Unlike a term loan where you receive a fixed amount and repay it on a set schedule, an Overdraft, Cash Credit, or Micro Loan gives you a sanctioned limit that you draw from as needed — and you only pay interest on the amount actually utilized, not the full limit.

This makes these products ideal for managing seasonal cash flow gaps, unexpected expenses, or day-to-day working capital needs without locking you into a large fixed EMI.

FAQ

OD / CC & Micro Loan Questions Answered

An Overdraft (OD) is typically linked to your savings/current account or secured against a fixed deposit or property, available to individuals and businesses alike. Cash Credit (CC) is specifically a business working capital facility secured against stock or receivables.
No. You can draw any amount up to your limit as needed, and you only pay interest on what you've actually utilized — not on the unused portion of your sanctioned limit.
A Micro Loan is a small, fixed-amount loan disbursed in full with a set repayment schedule — similar to a term loan but smaller and faster to process. OD/CC are revolving credit lines you draw from repeatedly.
The lender reviews your account conduct, business performance, and repayment history over the past year. Based on this, your limit may be renewed as-is, increased, reduced, or in rare cases not renewed.
Most lenders prefer at least 1–2 years of business vintage with visible stock and sales records for CC facilities. Newer businesses may be better suited to a Micro Loan or unsecured business loan initially.
